Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2019.

(2)

This regulation and regulation 6 come into force at 11.59 pm on the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 4, 5, 7 and 8 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(4)

Regulations 9 to 14 come into force immediately before exit day.

(5)

The other provisions of these Regulations come into force on exit day.
