# The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2019, Regulation 13: The Public Record, Disclosure of Information and Co-operation (Financial Services) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019


In regulation 6(2)(b) of the Public Record, Disclosure of Information and Co-operation (Financial Services) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, after paragraph (vi), insert—
“(vii) in sub-paragraph (f)(ii), for “Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment” substitute “Department for the Economy”.”
