Regulation 4 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017

In regulation 2A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017^f1, for “has effect on the day on which the Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are made”, substitute “forms part of domestic law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018”.
