# The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2019, Regulation 5: The Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017


In regulation 2A of the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017, for “has effect on the day on which the Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are made”, substitute “forms part of domestic law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018”.
