Regulation 7 The Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

in regulation 3(1), after sub-paragraph (f), insert—

“(g)

extend the scope of paragraph 6 and apply paragraph 7 of Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments to other central banks of EEA states.”;

in Schedule 1, in paragraph 5(3), for “sub-paragraph (1)” substitute “sub-paragraph (2)”.
