# The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 11: The Small and Medium Sized Business (Credit Information) Regulations 2015


In regulation 7(3) of the Small and Medium Sized Business (Credit Information) Regulations 2015, in sub-paragraph (b)—
(a) in paragraph (iv), after “elsewhere;” insert “or”;
(b) omit paragraph (vi), and the “or” preceding it.
