Regulation 9 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Financial Institutions) Order 2013

In article 1(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Financial Institutions) Order 2013^f1 omit the definition of “credit institution”.
