# The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 3: Modification of legislation


The amendments made by regulations 32, 33, 105 to 107, 183 and 184 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 do not apply in relation to a transitional insurance business transfer scheme.
