  "text": "(1) The Financial Regulators’ Powers (Technical Standards etc.) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.\n(2) After regulation 2 (interpretation) insert—\n“References to EU Regulations\n2A. In these Regulations, references to EU Regulations are to those EU Regulations as they have effect from time to time.”.\n(3) In the Schedule—\n(a) in Part 1—\n(i) after paragraph 69F, insert—\n“69G. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1851 of 28 May 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the homogeneity of the underlying exposures in securitisation.”;\n(ii) after paragraph 74, insert—\n“74A. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 of 17 December 2018 supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the specification of a single electronic reporting format.”;\n(b) in Part 5, before paragraph 175, insert—\n“174A. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/2021 of 2 June 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments with regard to regulatory technical standards on access in respect of benchmarks.”.",
