Regulation 3 Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012

Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 4(5A)(a) (clearing obligation), for “two years” substitute “four years”.
