These Regulations restate with modifications the Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/541), which are revoked by section 1(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (c. 29).",
