Regulation 26 Consultation

The requirement to consult the persons referred to in paragraph 1(3)(a) of Schedule 14 to the 1998 Act can be satisfied by consultation which takes place on and after 8th October 1998 in the case of a local education authority in England, or on and after 20th October 1998 in the case of a local education authority in Wales, and (in either case) before the coming into force of these Regulations.
