# The Financing of Maintained Schools Regulations 1998, Paragraph 30


Any other factors or criteria not otherwise falling within this Schedule contained in the authority’s scheme (within the meaning of the 1996 Act) as it applied in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 1998 (including actual or estimated cost): Provided that the total amount allocated in accordance with the authority’s formula having regard to such factors or criteria shall not exceed 1 per cent. of the authority’s individual schools budget.
