The protected level of funding for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1998 for—

  • Uppingham Community College, Rutland,

  • Casterton Community College, Rutland,

  • Vale of Catmose Community College, Rutland,

shall be as last determined before 15th December 1998 in accordance with regulation 5 of the 1998 Regulations less an amount calculated in the same way as “b” under paragraph 3.
