# The Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Article 61: Ancillary provision


(1) The Department may by order make such incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitory, transitional or saving provisions as it considers appropriate for the purposes of, in consequence of or for giving full effect to this Order or any provision of it.
(2) An order under paragraph (1) may modify any statutory provision or document.
