# The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Relevant Premises) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Relevant Premises) Regulations 2012 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
