# Fire Services (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Fire Services (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on the expiration of 2 months from the day on which it is made.
(3) Articles 5 and 6 shall come into operation on such day as the Department of the Environment may by order appoint.
