# The Firearms (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Article 2: Interpretation


(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
(2) In this Order—
“the principal Order” means the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (NI 3).
