  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Chambers) Regulations 2016, which provide for the division of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland into chambers. A new chamber is created, to be known as the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber.",
