  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) Fees (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made.\n(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, and applies to proceedings in the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.",
