# The Fisheries (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 13: The Grants for Fishing and Aquaculture Industries Regulations 2015


(1) The Grants for Fishing and Aquaculture Industries Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit—
(i) “of Article 123”;
(ii) “EMFF”;
(b) in paragraph (3)—
(i) omit “EMFF” in the first place it occurs;
(ii) for “drawn up for the purposes of Article 17” substitute “referred to in Article 18”.
