# The Fisheries (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 7: The Tope (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 2008


In article 2(2) of the Tope (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 2008—
(a) omit “another member State or in”;
(b) after “country”, insert “as defined in Article 4 of that Council Regulation.”.
