Regulation 8 The Eels (England and Wales) Regulations 2009

The Eels (England and Wales) Regulations 2009f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 9, in the definition of “eel river basin”, for the words from “that has” to “Article 2(1)”, substitute “for which there is an Eel Management Plan as defined in Article 1A”.

Omit regulation 11.
