  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Flags (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.\n(2) They come into force 21 days after the date on which they are made.\n(3) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.",
