Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Flags Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into force on 11th November 2000.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954^f1 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
