  "text": "These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force—\n(a) as regards this regulation and regulations 3, 4 and 5, immediately before IP completion day;\n(b) as regards regulation 2 and Part 3, on IP completion day.",
