Commission Regulation (EU) No 234/2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1331/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common authorisation procedure for food additives, food enzymes and food flavourings^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 4—

(a)

in point (g), omit “as defined in retained EU law on food additives”;

(b)

in point (i), omit “as defined in retained EU law on flavourings”.

In Article 6(1)(g)—

(a)

after “use levels in” omit “the”;

(b)

omit “mentioned in the domestic list”.

In Article 7(2)(f)—

(a)
