# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Regulation 19: Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2469


(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2469 laying down administrative and scientific requirements for applications referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283, etc., is amended as follows.
(2) In Annex I, in the template cover letter, for “in order to update the list on” substitute “for a determination of authorisation status in relation to”.
