  "text": "(1) The following provisions of these Regulations extend to England and Wales—\n(a) this Part and Parts 2 to 8;\n(b) Schedules 2 to 9, 11 and 12.\n(2) The provisions in paragraph (1) apply to England and Wales, save as follows—\n(a) Schedules 2 and 11 apply only in relation to Wales;\n(b) Schedules 3 and 12 apply only in relation to England.\n(3) The following provisions of these Regulations extend to Scotland—\n(a) this Part and Parts 2 to 8;\n(b) Schedules 1 and 4 to 10.",
