# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Paragraph 1: Amendment of the Bread and Flour Regulations 1998


(1) The Bread and Flour Regulations 1998 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “food additive” omit “as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1497”.
