# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Paragraph 7: Amendment of the Food and Feed (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2022


(1) The Food and Feed (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5, omit paragraphs (5) to (14).
