# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Schedule 2: Revocations with savings: Wales statutory instruments


The following statutory instruments are revoked in full unless specified otherwise—
(a) the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022;
(b) the Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Smoke Flavourings (Modification of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022;
(c) the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022, except the transitional provisions in regulations 9 to 11, and regulations 1 and 2 and 4 to 7 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulations 9 to 11;
(d) the Food Additives, Food Flavourings, and Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Food and Feed (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2023, except the transitional provision in regulation 4 and the amendments set out in Part 5, and regulation 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 4 and Part 5;
(e) the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations and Modifications of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2023;
(f) the Feed Additives (Form of Provisional Authorisations) (Cobalt(II) Compounds) (Wales) Regulations 2023;
(g) the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2023, except the transitional provision in regulation 4, and regulations 1 and 2 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 4;
(h) the Food Additives and Novel Foods (Authorisations and Miscellaneous Amendments) and Food Flavourings (Removal of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2024, except the transitional provision in regulation 5, and regulations 1 and 4(2)(a) to (v) to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 5;
(i) the Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (Wales) Regulations 2024, except for regulation 8, the transitional provisions in Part 3 and the amendment in Part 4, and Part 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 8 and Parts 3 and 4.
