# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Paragraph 1: Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, etc.


(1) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, etc., is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1(5)(e)(ii), omit “or Commission implementing Regulation (EU) No 872/2012” to the end.
