# The Food and Feed (Regulated Products) (Amendment, Revocation, Consequential and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025, Paragraph 3: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) No 101/2013 concerning the use of lactic acid to reduce microbiological surface contamination on bovine carcases


(1) Commission Regulation (EU) No 101/2013 concerning the use of lactic acid to reduce microbiological surface contamination on bovine carcases is amended as follows.
(2) In the Annex, in Part 1, in paragraph 1, for “Regulation (EU) No 231/2012” substitute “accordance with authorisations for food additives under Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008”.
