  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 96(4) of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nForestry\nClimate Change\nMade\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59(1), 96(2) and (3) of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 59(2) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers consider it expedient to make this Order in order to comply with their duties under sections 1, 2(1) and 3(1)(b) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 96(4) of that Act, a draft of the Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.",
