  "text": "These draft Regulations supersede the draft of the same title which was laid before the Scottish Parliament on 20 February 2019 and published on 28 February 2019 (ISBN 978-0-11-104133-8). They are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those draft Regulations.\nDraft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under paragraph 1(6) of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and section 29 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nForestry\nPlant Health\nMade 2019\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 and paragraph 21(b) of schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.",
