# The Forestry (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Forestry (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 and come into force—
(a) on the day on which section 81 of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 comes into force, or
(b) if exit day is on or after that day, on exit day.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
