Where in relation to any relevant material of a description specified in column 2 of Part A, C or D of the list of regulated material, more than one set of entry requirements is specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of Part A, C or D of that list, the phytosanitary certificate or phytosanitary certificate for re-export issued in respect of any relevant material of that description must specify under the heading “Additional declaration” which particular requirement has been complied with.”.
