# The Forestry (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019, Regulation 44


In article 38—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for “landed,” substitute “imported into or”,
(ii) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(zb) in the case of any licence granted by the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of any derogation permitted by schedule 7A,”,
(iii) omit sub-paragraph (a),
(iv) in sub-paragraph (b) for “ domestic quarantine tree pest” substitute “any tree pest or relevant material”,
(b) in paragraph (2), for “(1)(b)” substitute “(1)”,
(c) omit paragraph (3).
