  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 76(2)(a) of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 (asp 8), for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nForestry\nMade 2019\nComing into force 1st April 2019\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(1) and (2) and 76(3) of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 76(2)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
