  "text": "The exemption in regulation 4(c) does not apply to the felling of trees—\n(a) in woodlands—\n(i) which are between 0.1ha and 0.5ha in size, and\n(ii) where at least 50% of the woodland canopy is comprised of any of the species of trees listed in schedule 1, or\n(b) in Caledonian Pinewoods.",
