  "text": "Draft Order made by the Scottish Ministers, laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 81(4)(a) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nROADS AND BRIDGES\nMade 2002\nComing into force 2002\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(1) and (2) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 81(4)(a) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:",
