Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 95(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force 2nd December 2002
Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 95(5) and 96 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby makes the following Order:
