Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 34(4) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(1) of that Act, the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council has approved the modifications made in this Order.
In accordance with section 34(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
