# The Fundable Bodies (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 2: Modification of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005


In schedule 2 to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 (fundable bodies)–
(a) omit “Clackmannan College of Further Education”;
(b) omit “Falkirk College of Further and Higher Education”;
(c) omit “Fife College of Further and Higher Education”;
(d) omit “Glasgow College of Building and Printing”;
(e) omit “Glasgow College of Food Technology”;
(f) omit “Glenrothes College”;
(g) for “Oatridge Agricultural College”, substitute “Oatridge College”; and
(h) for “Queen Margaret University College”, substitute “Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh”.
