  "text": "(1) Section 183A of the Broadcasting Act 1990 (membership of the Gaelic Media Service) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (5)(c), for “Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba (the Gaelic Development Agency)” substitute “Bòrd na Gàidhlig”.\n(3) In subsection (9), for the definition of ‘Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba’ substitute–\n““Bòrd na Gàidhlig” means the body of that name established by section 1 of the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005”.\n(4) Omit subsections (10) and (11).",
