  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes modifications in consequence of the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 (“the Act”). Section 1 of the Act created a statutory body, Bòrd na Gàidhlig, to supersede Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba.\nArticle 2 amends section 183A of the Broadcasting Act 1990 to remove references to, and provisions relating to, Bòrd Gàidhlig na h-Alba and insert reference to the new Bòrd na Gàidhlig.",
