Article 2 Amendment of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005

In Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005—

(a)

Part 2 shall be amended by inserting the following entry after the entry relating to the Financial Services Authority—

  • “The Horserace Betting Levy Board”; and

(b)

Part 3 shall be amended by inserting the following entry before the entry relating to the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited—

  • “The British Boxing Board of Control Limited”.
