  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”).\nPart 3 of Schedule 6 lists bodies to which the Gambling Commission may, under section 30 of the Act, provide information received by it in the exercise of its functions. The Order amends Part 3 to update the names of three existing entries and add eight new persons and bodies.\nAn Explanatory Memorandum has been prepared by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and is available alongside this Order on the UK Legislation website, www.legislation.gov.uk.",
