The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78 and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 355(4) of the Gambling Act 2005.
